Overview
We are looking for an experienced project manager with a track record of successfully completed projects from medium to complex. Oversee projects encompassing New Product Development (NPD) and ensuring alignment with strategic goals to deliver value to the customers. Monitors, reports and defines milestones for new projects as well as supports a culture of accountability and accomplishment.
Job Description
- Align projects with organizational goals and prioritize initiatives.
- Establish and enforce project management frameworks, methodologies, and KPIs.
- Oversee project portfolios, manage resources, and mitigate risks.
- Track project outcomes as well as performance as well as providing regular reports to stakeholders.
- Lead, support and mentor high-performing project management teams.
- Improve workflows, integrate tools, and adopt best practices.
- Communicate with executives, sponsors, and teams to ensure alignment.
- Identify, assess, and address risks across the portfolio.
- Manage the PMO budget and monitor project financials.
- Select and implement tools to enhance project efficiency. Maintain constant interaction with those responsible for the projects of the different areas (Technology, Development, Administration, Production, etc.) and tracks project documentation.
- Handling of all types of project documents from SolidWorks, Draftsite, Word, Excel, in Dassault's 3D Experience document control system
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Master’s optional).
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certifications (preferred)
- 5+ years’ experience in project/program management
- Proven leadership in managing complex projects and building PMOs.
- Core Skills: Strategic planning, leadership, and communication.
- Expertise in risk management, budgeting, and data analysis.
- Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
- Advanced project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and adaptability.
- Ability to inspire teams and drive successful project delivery.
- ISO 9000 System Knowledge
- APQP certificate or advanced knowledge of Stage Gate Management
- Advanced English (essential)
- Able to travel internationally
