Overview
We are looking for an experienced project manager with a track record of successfully completed projects from medium to complex. Oversee projects encompassing New Product Development (NPD) and acting as a liaison with internal teams. Process improve and be a change agent to new processes and create a culture of accountability and accomplishment.
Job Description
- Lead project management using APQP/Stage Gate Process
- Monitor stages and determine PLM pain points
- Collaborate in the development of deliverables in the project times, in addition to updating the information in the corresponding documents
- Collaborate with those in charge of the area in the implementation of the project management system.
- Hold all project participants accountable to the deadlines of the projects and that the information of each project is kept up to date.
- Advise project managers on how to make up for lost time
- Maintain constant interaction with those responsible for the projects of the different areas (Technology, Development, Administration, Production, etc.)
- Handling of all types of project documents from Solidworks, Draftsite, Word, Excel, in Dassault's 3D Experience document control system
Requirements
- Industrial or Mechanical Engineer
- Advanced English (essential)
- Complete mastery of Project Management software
- APQP certificate or advanced knowledge of Stage Gate Management
- 2 - 3 years of experience (minimum) in industrial manufacturing processes
- 3 years of experience as a project manager
- Basic knowledge of technical design and SAP desirable
- ISO 9000 System Knowledge
